Beneficiaries
Community leaders of the various GK communities in Metro Manila and in the nearby provinces

Objectives
  • Gain spiritual insight that will inspire inner healing as a condition to serve others;
  • Learn self-awareness techniques that will facilitate better self-expression;
  • Assess their personal characteristics as servant-leaders;
  • Learn a non-adversarial way of communicating with others; and
  • Become aware of a more proactive and responsible manner of relating with their neighbors and family members that is Christ-centered as well.

Working Together Towards an Empowered School Community in Laur, Nueva Ecija

Beneficiaries
Teachers, Students, and Parents from selected schools in Laur, Nueva Ecija

Objectives
The project aims to develop an empowered and progressive school community through varied activities that focus on personality enhancement, effective communication, and wellness. Hence, after this program the participants are expected to have:
  • Developed a deeper sense of appreciation of their self;
  • Understood the significant roles they play in their community;
  • Realized the importance of family and the responsibilities of each family member;
  • Utilized non-adversarial communication to resolve conflicts; and
  • Employed wellness strategies in their personal activities

Beneficiaries
Out-of-School Youth and Teachers in Dagat-Dagatan Malabon, Navotas City

Objectives
The project aims to develop an empowered and progressive community through varied programs that focus on proper training placement and career assessment. Hence, after this program the teachers, catechists and the youth are expected to have:
  • understood the significant roles they play in their community;
  • utilized observation and interview skills;
  • realized the importance of proper career and training placement; and
  • developed a deeper sense of appreciation of their role in community building
